The property comprised 3 buildings which were originally constructed in the eighteenth century.
Grade II Listed the buildings comprised 13,000 sq ft of offices and 31 car parking spaces.
Two of the buildings were sold for occupation and the main building was retained.
Planning and refurbishment
Architects were instructed to design an enlarged building with a side extension and roof extension which was sympathetic to surrounding buildings as its Listed status.
A planning application was submitted, and permission was obtained for a 12,000 sq ft net building and an additional 900 sq ft building.
A refurbishment was carried out to include new VRF air conditioning, lighting, ceilings, washrooms and windows.
Letting
Following the refurbishment, the offices were let to Stratus, CPD Standards, RDJW Architects, Proactive Tech and Verve Connect.
The additional building was sold to Creighton & Partners.
